Your Egypt shore excursion begins when your tour guide meets you right at the cruise exit at Safaga Port. You’ll then take a comfortable, air-conditioned drive from Safaga to Luxor, which takes around three hours.

Your first stop is the impressive Luxor Temple, one of the best-preserved and most architecturally significant sites in Egypt. It’s a major highlight on any Egypt tour from Safaga Port.
