You will be transferred by our driver with a guide to give you information about the great monuments of Egypt. You will be transferred first to the Pyramids of Giza, located on the Giza Plateau in the Giza Governorate on the west bank of the Nile River, just 15 kilometers from the center of Cairo.
The largest of the pyramids was built during the reign of Pharaoh Khufu between 2551 and 2528 BC, and the others were built during the reigns of Khafre, who ruled between 2520 and 2494 BC, and Menkaure, who ruled between 2490 and 2472 BC.
Pharaohs gradually stopped building them during the New Kingdom, which lasted between 1550 BC and 1070 BC, choosing instead to bury them in the Valley of the Kings, about 483 kilometers south of Giza, and scholars point out that they were not isolated structures, but part of an architectural complex.
We will take a break for a delicious Egyptian lunch. Then you will be transferred to the Egyptian Museum, where visitors can travel back in time to more than 3,500 years ago to live the story of King Tutankhamun in an interactive 360-degree visual display.
The museum is constantly being developed, whether developing the infrastructure, exhibition halls, and museum display scenario, or using new and innovative methods, the most recent of which is augmented reality technologies.
