With Cairo Top Tours' private tours, explore one of Egypt's most popular excursions - Aswan. You will visit unique Philae Temple The Philae Temple is located on Philae Island, which is located in the middle of the Nile River and was one of the most important defences of Egypt.

You can also explore the High Dam, which was built during the reign of Gamal Abdel Nasser and the Soviet Union helped in its construction, and was inaugurated during the reign of the late President Mohamed Anwar Sadat.

We will continue our tours to enjoy the Unfinished Obelisk, an ancient Egyptian obelisk located in Aswan, this obelisk is famous for its large size, and if the unfinished obelisk had been completed, it would have been the largest obelisk ever built by the ancient Egyptians.

Prices are applicable during Christmas and New Year tours in Egypt or Egypt Easter tours.

You will be met by an air-conditioned car in front of your hotel in Aswan or from Aswan Airport to start your fun tour with us. First you will visit the High Dam which was estimated to cost around one billion dollars, one third of which was provided by the Soviet Union.

Then you will move on to the incomplete obelisk and the construction of the huge obelisk was not completed, sometime during its construction, the workers discovered cracks in the stone, and thus decided to abandon the work. Then after that you will go to Philae Temple and our guide will provide you with very interesting information about Philae Temple.

At the end of our tours you will be transferred to your hotel in Aswan or to Aswan Airport.
