Enjoy a scenic journey toward the felucca sailboat, which will transfer you across the tranquil Nile River.
Set sail towards Lord Kitchener's Island, a sanctuary for several migratory and resident species of birds. Spend time observing many birds such as herons, kingfishers, and egrets. Your guide will discuss the various species and their behavior.
Continue sailing to Agha Khan Mausoleum, taking in the view of green vegetation consisting of acacia trees and lantana. This serene place attracts both migratory and local birds, making it an excellent destination for birdwatching amid blooming flowers and shade.
Look for nearby birdlife along the East Bank and West Bank of the Nile River as you sail back. Your guide will explain all the noted bird species, lending further insight into the ecological richness of the area of Aswan.
As an unscheduled afternoon bird-watching spree, your tour leader will take you back to your hotel for the farewell end of the tour in Aswan.
