The palace and gardens of the park were erected more than a hundred years ago, where Khedive Abbas Helmi II ordered to build it in 1892 in an area that was abandoned and isolated at that time, Khedive Abbas Helmi II admired the area when he was walking on its beach accompanied by a musical band that was playing at the time and decided that the area should include a palace and gardens for recreation.
