That's because through our full-day excursion to Bahariya Oasis, it is one of the oases of the Western Desert in Egypt and follows the Giza Governorate, located 365 kilometers southwest of Giza. It is connected to Giza and Greater Cairo by the Cairo-Oasis Desert Road. It is located in a depression with an area of more than 2,000 square kilometers. It has about 400 springs for warm and cold mineral and sulfuric waters. Its center is the city of El Bawiti.

The mountains have eroded to cover the desert with a layer of black powder and rocks, giving the place its name.

You will be picked up by one of our knowledgeable guides at your Cairo hotel in the morning and driven in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to begin your exploration of Baharya Oasis.

Let's start our adventure with an impressive visit to the Baharia Oasis. Among the most significant monuments in al-Bahariya are the tombs of the 26. Remnants of the Roman Triunfo Arch, the tomb of the Valle of the Momias Doradas, the remnants of the Temple of Isis, Dinastía, the tomb of the Saves, and a temple from Alejandro Magno's era. Bahariya The Giza Governorate is followed by Oasis, one of Egypt's oases in the Western Desert, located 365 kilometers southwest of Giza. The Cairo-Oasis Desert Road connects it to Greater Cairo and Giza. The size of the depression where it is situated is around 2,000 square kilometers. About 400 springs with warm and cold sulfuric and mineral waters can be found there. The city of El Bawiti is at its heart.

Then, you will go slightly north of the White Desert but closer to the Bahariya Oasis than the Farafra Oasis. The Black Desert is a desert in the New Valley Governorate of Egypt, around 50 kilometers south of Al-Buwaiti. The desert's name comes from the black powder and boulders that have been left behind by the eroding mountains.
