Price Starting From : $70

Aswan is a city known for its historical sights and attractions, so it should be placed in your plans when visiting Egypt. It is impossible to visit Egypt without staying at least one fun day in Aswan. When it is simply a day, one can experience many Aswan. One such remarkable activity, for example, the Temple of Vila, located on the island of Ajilkia near Aswan, was dedicated to ISIS in the Pharaonic era. The construction began in the Ptolemaic period and was completed in Roman times. It was a center of worship in antiquity, characterized by the beauty of its architecture and prominent inscriptions representing the pharaonic myths, but with the construction of the high dam, the original Elephant Island was submerged in water, and the temple was moved to Agelkia Island in the 1960s with UN aid to save it from drowning.

The Unfinished Obelisk of the modern Middle Ages from the Pharaonic State can also be visited, and it is believed that the sculpture was commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut, the largest of its kind ever made, with a length of 42 meters and an estimated weight of 1,200 tons.

The high dam will be our next port of adventure in our journey; it holds great importance for the prosperity and the benefit of Egypt. Constructed under President Jamal Abdel-Nasser, it was finished in 1970 with the assistance of the Soviet Union. The dam is about 111 meters high, 3,830 meters long, and 980 meters wide. The lake will shift over 500 km and hold some water and about 162 billion cubic meters. Exploring the Temple of Philae, the High Dam, and the Unfinished Obelisk using Magic

Our Egyptology expert tour guide will come and collect you from your residence around 8 a.m. and drive you to the main places of interest in Aswan, where we shall have fun.

The Unfinished Obelisk, the most dramatic of Egypt's attractions, will be your initial destination. The gigantic, incomplete obelisk is a silent witness to the incredible engineering and sculpturing skills of the ancient Egyptians. The incomplete obelisk provides a rare chance to view the ancient technical wonders close at hand and learn about how these gigantic structures were built. It is thought that the obelisk was constructed as part of his architectural work during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut (18th family). However, the sculptural process was abruptly interrupted by the discovery of cracks in the rock.

Then we continue our trip to the Temple of Philae, which is located in the middle of the waters of the Nile River and offers visitors a wonderful scene where history blends with nature. Sailing to the temple through traditional boats is part of a charming experience. The temple is also one of the most important sites of ancient Egyptian antiquities, reflecting the art of Ptolemy and religious architecture. The temple tells stories about the goddess Isis and her myths.
Night lighting:

The Philae Temple offers a soundscape and nightlight that highlights the beauty of the inscriptions and takes visitors on a journey through the history of the temple. You can try it in our fourth trips

After that, we will take you to one of Egypt's very important key tourist attractions, the High Dam. This remarkable structure is not only a significant engineering feat of the twentieth century but also a symbol of Egypt's development efforts. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the beauty of our Nile River and Lake Nasser from the top of the dam.

After your trip, we will return to the hotel.

In Aswan, there are many important archaeological monuments and historical sites that reflect the richness of Pharaonic history and culture in this region. Among the most important of these sites are:

    Philae Temple.

    Kom Ombo Temple.

    Nubia Island (Kebso).

    Lotus Garden (Abu Simbel Temple).

    High Dam.

The Grand Aswan Dam is considered one of the important engineering landmarks and has a major impact on the region. The dam is used to regulate the flow of Nile River water and provide water for agriculture, industrial use and drinking. In addition to its role in providing water, the Aswan Dam also generates hydroelectric power.

The Aswan Dam can play a role in attracting visitors to the region because of the opportunities it provides to enjoy the natural scenery of the Nile River, as well as learning about the history and engineering of the dam itself. Visitors can also enjoy boat trips and various tourist activities available in the area surrounding the Aswan Dam.

The must-see attractions include the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis; the High Dam, showcasing modern engineering; the Unfinished Obelisk, offering insights into ancient construction techniques; and the Nubian Village, presenting colorful cultures and lifestyles.

The dam helps prevent floods by controlling how much water goes through the river. It also gives water to farmers so they can grow more crops. The dam makes it easier for boats to travel on the river, which helps tourists and fishermen.
